*To make an appointment, a non-refundable $25 deposit is required; the deposit will be credited towards your balance at the time of checkout.  If appointment changes or cancellations are necessary, please call 24 hours in advance to prevent losing your deposit.  If you have a gift card, package, or membership, you are still required to provide a credit card to hold your appointment as the 24-hour change or cancellation fee still applies.  Gratuity not included.
